Jorge helped us find our current home and over the past year, we have become friends. His knowledge about the housing market helped us during our house hunting. His insights about what improvements a house needs helped us identify potential improvements a house needs, thereby factoring in such improvements in our calculation and in some cases avoiding a few houses altogether.
